Welcome
to Private Projects, a new bidding service
provided by Builders Exchange of Lansing and Central Michigan.
General Contractors, Architects, Engineers and
Owners may use this service to post any project, public
or private, and
limit access to subcontractors and suppliers by providing a unique,
system generated access code, to their selected group of bidders.
Subcontractors and suppliers may use this
service to gain access to project information, plans, specifications
and addenda, even if they are not members of a participating
association.
Members may
enter Private Projects by using
their regular User ID and Password.
Non-member
subcontractors and suppliers may
obtain access after completing a short
registration form. Once you have registered, you can use the
same ID and password for all subsequent private projects.
NOTE: You must have a specific project code
in order to access project information. Codes are provided by the
general contractor, architect, engineer or owner who has asked you
to bid.
If you would like to know if a
specific project is available in Private Projects please call 517-372-8930.
If the project is available we will make every effort to provide you
with a project code.
GENERAL CONTRACTORS,
OWNERS, ARCHITECTS and
ENGINEERS who would like to use Private Projects
to post their
projects may also call us. We encourage all of you to take full
advantage of this remarkable program.
